Photography has always been my passion-ever since I was lucky enough to be given a small basic camera for my 11th birthday.
Over the years my interests and inspirations have shifted. I have experimented with various types of photography-landscape, portrait, travel, macro and more recently street, night, and black and white photography. But the constants remain nature and travel photography. I hope to convey the atmosphere and beauty of what I experience while in the environment.
I still use film (only) as I see no reason to abandon such a beautiful medium-my favourite colour film is Fuji Velvia slide film for its’ magnificent vibrant pure colours, and I experiment with various types of black and white film.
